Katie Condit is the CEO for WorkForce Central, Pierce County's workforce development board charged with strengthening systems that align the needs of employers, workers, and job seekers to ensure a robust talent pipeline into living wage jobs in the south Puget Sound region. Prior to her role at WorkForce Central, Katie served as the Executive Director at Better Together Central Oregon, an organization working across sectors and communities to transform systemic policies and practices to eliminate gaps in opportunities for young people. She was a National Science Foundation research fellow at University of Notre Dame in the Center for Research on Educational Opportunity, and additionally served as a Program Director leading job-training programs for young people impacted by the juvenile justice system. Katie holds an MA in Sociology from University of Notre Dame and a BA in Sociology and Theatre from University of Puget Sound.

Amy Martinez has been with the South Central Workforce Council 2002 and took over as CEO/Director in March of 2021. Prior to her role as CEO, she served as the Chief Operating Officer and has led the SCWDC through three federal workforce development acts from Congress: Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA), Workforce Investment Act (WIA), and currently through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). She also oversaw work during the Great Recession and the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic. Prior to becoming COO, Amy served as Programs Director. She has extensive experience in workforce development, a Bachelor of Arts from CWU, and serves on several non-profit boards.

Tiffany Alviso is the Chief Executive Officer of the Benton and Franklin Workforce Development Council (BFWDC). The BFWDC leads the public workforce system for Benton and Franklin Counties, including oversight of WorkSource Columbia Basin and TC Futures, a comprehensive center for youth and young adults seeking education, work experience, and employment.
The BFWDC contributes to regional economic growth by investing federal, state, local, and private funds into programs and community-based organizations that improve our local workforce's skills and education and provide companies with qualified talent. She also serves on the Washington Economic Development Association Board of Directors and several other local and regional boards. Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Washington University. She is a graduate of Leadership Tri-Cities and was the Public Information Officer for the class's Mental Health Awareness Project.

Bill Dowling is a proven and dynamic leader in Workforce Development. Bill began working as the Director of the Olympic Consortium Workforce Development Area which serves the three-county region of Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties in December of 2021. He has over 23 years of experience working in the Workforce and Economic Development arena.
Previous to his relocation to Washington Bill has served in a variety of different positions in Workforce and Economic Development such as, the Director of the Division of Employment and Training for the State of Colorado, the Director of Workforce Development for the City of Springfield, MO, and the Executive Director of the Ozark Region Workforce Investment Board.
Bill holds a Master of Arts in Theology and Master of Divinity from St. Johns in Camarillo, California. Bill is a member of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) and was co-chair of the National Association of State Workforce Agencies' (NASWA) Workforce ITSC committee and member of the National Labor Exchange (NLx), Veterans, and Employment and Training Committees.
Bill is the proud recipient of the 2019 Workforce Legend Award from the Rocky Mountain Workforce Development Association (RMWDA).

Marie Kurose brings more than 30 years of experience leading workforce development initiatives in the region, working in community-based organizations, private philanthropy, and major public institutions, including the City of Seattle and most recently the Port of Seattle. Ms. Kurose also served nearly seven years at the WDC-known at the time as the Private Industry Council-working as a Project Manager to implement initiatives that included partnering with agencies to establish the first centralized dislocated worker program site.
Throughout her career, Ms. Kurose has demonstrated a commitment to engaging and partnering with communities of color, immigrants, refugees, and other community stakeholders. She has led efforts to unite community, philanthropic, and public-private partnerships in effective working relationships, and to improve collaboration with diverse systems and community organizations.
